The Simple Beauty Of A Newborn | Seattle Newborn Photographer

Being a newborn photographer is truly an honor. I enter peoples homes during such a tender time in their life. I would say that my newborn work is evolving as any art form should. I tend to do many more lifestyle photos and less posed shots. While I adore capturing posed images of babies, it is the connections within the family that I aim to capture. Actually, I am not even sharing any of my “posed” images from this session, because they just weren’t nearly as meaningful as these natural shots.

I truly enjoyed every moment of this session. It was very peaceful and loving. I hope that you enjoy it too.

I LOVE This Family | Seattle Family Photographer

This is why I am a family photographer! I have photographed this family 3 times since Bryce was born. They hired me to be his newborn photographer and I have been able to capture their family grow. Now they are expecting their second and I am already planning to do their maternity and newborn session for their new addition! Yay!

Every time I leave a session with this family, I feel like I just met up with old friends. They are so sweet and fun to be around. And this baby! He is quite possibly the happiest baby in the world! Enjoy the Barnes family, I sure know I do!

How Could I have Forgotten? | Seattle Family Photographer

Holy smokes! How did I forget to blog this beautiful family photography session! Probably because it has been non stop for the past year, which I can’t complain about! This family is in the same preschool co op as us, same class as my son. They purchased one of my Holiday Mini’s this past fall and they just won the school auction for a shoot in the future! As you can see, they are incredibly photogenic and I am honored to be able to capture them again!! I love outdoor family photography. It allows the kids to be free and the family to be captured in a beautiful organic environment. Thank you for choosing me M family! I can’t wait to capture your family again!!
