Stephanie was our real estate agent when we moved back to Seattle from New Mexico in 2009. She quickly became a friend. 

This sweet family had two babies in 18 months and I was lucky enough to be invited into their amazing home to capture both babies. They love their baby girls fiercely and it is always a pleasure being in their warm and inviting space. Stephanie is a skilled designer so every detail in their home is perfect. 

Newborn photography is absolutely a passion of mine. These moments are fleeting and need to be documented. I am honored I get to do it so frequently.

Yesterday I blogged about this families maternity session and now I want to share their newborn session. Four baby girls. So much love. I have captured them many times over the past few years and every time I feel like I am catching up with old friends. They are laid back, sweet, and loving. I enjoy every moment with them.

Family photo shoots should be fun.  You should play, laugh, get dirty, and cuddle.  You should be you.  Gone are the days of sitting still in a tight and unnatural position.  Well thats true if it's me photographing your family.  I adore spending time with this family and I think this was my favorite shoot with them yet.

This was the third time I have had the privilege capturing this lovely bunch.   We met at a fabulous Seattle park where we had beach and city views.  Can't beat that.  Mostly, we had fun, the girls played, and I captured their true awesomeness.  Mama was wondering if we got anything.  Yup, I would say we did.  Family photography is so rewarding.  Makes my heart happy.
